We used Jared's trailer restrooms for our wedding over the weekend at a campground up in Coalville. Jared was so easy to work with and their prices were unbeatable. They were on time, spotless, smelled great the whole night, and easily elevated the evening from a night in the woods to an elegant event. Zero stress for a huge impact, CANNOT recommend enough! I wish I could give six stars. These guys do business exactly the way you hope business would operate. They go above and beyond to take care of their customers. For example, I called on a Friday morning and asked if we could rent a porta potty that day. I knew I should’ve called well in advance but life is busy and I forgot. They said the soonest they could get to us would be the following Monday because their schedule was full which was totally understandable. Nevertheless, a couple hours later they dropped off a porta potty. Said they rearranged some things to make it happen. Porta potty was very clean.

We booked with Jared for our end of school event. He was so responsive, very easy to work with, and put my mind at ease that everything was good to go and would run smoothly. This is very important, since I work remotely out of state. The last thing I need is for it to appear like I cannot do my job effectively from my location, I rely heavily on companies to follow through and Jared did. I was very happy with the customer service I received, and it was flawless, the outdoor set up arrived the night before the event, exactly where we mapped it out, and I had no complaints about the quality of the product, drop off, or pick up either. We recently needed a few Crappers for an event we held in a small venue that only had two indoor toilets. Not enough for 100 people! Jared was so great to work with. He is friendly, a great communicator, prompt, and brought us sparkly clean, fresh, buildings. We were lucky! They were brand new buildings. The big, fat spacious bathrooms. Not the ones that feel like an airplane toilet. I’m sure, however, by all other indicators, even if they had been previously used, they would have been top notch. We’ll certainly call The Crapper Company again for any future potty needs. Who knew it could be so nice getting such excellent service and treatment for something related to one of those “dirty jobs”.
