Portable Sanitation Equipment Rental Agreement
1. Rental Period: The rental period shall commence on the specified service start date and continue until the specified end date, as agreed upon by both parties.
2. Rental Fee: The Renter agrees to pay the Provider the agreed-upon rental fee, which includes the delivery, setup, maintenance, and removal of the rented Portable Sanitation equipment included on this invoice. Payment is due in full prior to the delivery of the unit(s), unless otherwise agreed upon.
3. Delivery and Pickup: The Provider will deliver the sanitation equipment to the designated location at the agreed-upon date and time. The Renter shall ensure clear and safe access for delivery and pickup. Any delay or difficulty in accessing the location may result in additional charges.
4. Use and Care: The Renter agrees to use the Sanitation Equipment in a proper and lawful manner. The Renter shall not move the Sanitation Equipment from the designated location without prior written consent from the Provider. The Renter is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and preventing any damage to the unit(s) during the rental period.
5. Prohibited Items: The Renter agrees not to dispose of any hazardous materials, chemicals, flammable substances, or any other items deemed unsafe or inappropriate within the Portable Toilets. The Renter will be held liable for any damages resulting from the disposal of prohibited items.
6. Liability: The Renter assumes full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from the use, operation, or possession of the Portable Sanitation Equipment during the rental period. The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold the Provider harmless against any claims, costs, or liabilities incurred as a result of the Renter’s use of the unit.
